The preliminary research and development of this project has received funding from the Provincial Science and Technology Department and the County Science and Technology Bureau, and has completed the research and development of boron carbide ceramics. The national invention patents owned, including "A method for preparing hot-pressed boron carbide ceramics and its preparation method", "Gradient carbide ceramics and its preparation method", and "Boron carbide ceramics and its preparation method", utilize in-situ reaction to generate secondary boron carbide, resulting in nano boron carbide distributed on the grain boundaries of the boron carbide ceramics. This lowers the sintering temperature, inhibits grain growth, and achieves beneficial effects such as increased strength, improved fracture toughness, and enhanced microhardness of the boron carbide ceramics.
Our company has obtained authorization for the utility model patents: "A square outlet nozzle device", "A wet nozzle device suitable for small spaces", and "A square outlet wet nozzle device". These technologies are applied to the production of boron carbide ceramic nozzles, significantly reducing production costs and greatly improving the overall mechanical properties of boron carbide ceramics. The performance has reached an internationally advanced level, featuring high hardness, good wear resistance, and low cost. It has strong competitiveness in the international market and has quickly captured domestic and foreign markets. Products are exported to countries including Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, South Korea, and India.
